Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of a project. This involves initiation, planning, executing, and 
closing projects within the defined scope, time, cost, and quality while maintaining a good risk management and stakeholder 
management of the project.

Functional Responsibilities

• Oversee creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Oversee the scope of the project in collaboration with the project portfolio manager.
• Ensure that the objectives and measures are determined upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• Ensure that there is a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Ensure all financial records for the project are up to date.
• Guarantee that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Ensure establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders.
• Perform any other job-related duties required by the direct manager.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the project portfolio manager.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree Preferred) in Architecture, Design and Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 8 Years

Other Requirements

• Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic and English languages.
• Excellent communication skills.
