Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, and planning the project release.
Key Accountabilities
Manage and create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project successfully. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the project portfolio manager. Manage the scope of the project in collaboration with the project portfolio manager. Ensure that the objectives and measures are determined upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion. Ensure that there is a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Ensure all financial records for the project are up to date. Guarantee that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. Ensure establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
