Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project development from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with Qiddiya's overarching vision.
- Design and implement effective project management processes to optimize resource allocation and achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee budget management, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial constraints while maximizing project returns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors, to ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates, identifying challenges, and recalibrating timelines as necessary.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, project plans, and stakeholder communications.
- Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
- Engage in continuous improvement practices to refine project management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological innovations that can improve project execution and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, , Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale developments within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
- Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and industry standards in large-scale project management is advantageous.
