As a Senior Project Manager at DeepSource Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-complexity projects across various teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact, lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of key project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and impact
- Communicate project progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and strategic partners with clarity and consistency
- Foster seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners across all phases of the project
- Provide proactive guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance execution and performance
- Drive the design and execution of strategic programs aimed at supporting SMEs, startups, and innovation-led initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, incubators/accelerators, or innovation programs
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English
- Familiarity with entrepreneurial ecosystems and the startup landscape in Saudi Arabia is a strong plus
