CCDS is seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing advanced infrastructure systems that meet the growing needs of our clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the infrastructure is efficient, secure, and capable of supporting complex business applications. Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions tailored to client specifications
- Responsible for All Server Health (Update firmware+ SPP + Support communication + Blade Server Administration.
- Responsible for Complete Backup solution
- Assist in Data center duties which includes troubleshoot and coordinate with HPE.
- Responsible for Office365 applications (users, mailbox), Teams, One drive and so on.
- Active Directory administrator, Creation and management of directory infrastructure Office Assistant.
- Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications.
- The ability to communicate strongly and fluent in explanation and interpretation skills.
- Keep up-to-date with all developments in the field of technology and information technology.
- Understanding of the workings of TCP/IP protocols and equipment, LAN/WAN
- Proficiency in the process of paying attention to fine details and the ability to provide various solutions.
- Possess excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in dealing with information protection techniques and systems.
- Manage and optimize existing infrastructure to improve system performance and reliability
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for all critical infrastructure
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems and configurations
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing support and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in infrastructure engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud technologies, and virtualization
- Experience with infrastructure management tools and frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
- Arabic Speaker is preferred
