Position : Procurement Engineer
Experience : 5 year +
Graduate : Civil or Architectural Engineer Certificate
Nationality : Arabic only
Insurance : Covered
Iqama : Transferable Iqama is preferred
Salary : will be specified after interview
Responsibility
- Create Procurement inquiry Package
- issue project packages for expected vendors
- daily follow up with the vendor to collect commercial and technical proposal on time
- negotiate the supplier and subcontractor to achieve target price or less
- prepare BID summary for final approval
- issue PO or contract with commercial department support
- follow up cost and account team to release the required payment
- Follow up the supplier to Deliver the material to site at time
- Coordinate Between Site Team and selected supplier /subcontractor
- Coordinate with site management and Engineering team to review and evaluate subcontractor / supplier variation if find
- raise Procurement report to procurement management weekly
- update Procurement Data Base for New vendors
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor with site team supporting to update Data base
