- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.
- Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring high uptime and quick resolution of technical issues.
- Implement and enforce IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and data backup strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, software licensing, and technical support.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications and operating systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and incident reports for compliance and operational continuity.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Lead or assist in IT infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure to enhance system reliability and performance.
