Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose:
To manage and supervise the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily project activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular project reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
