Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the day-to-day coordination of event and exhibition production activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and on-site crews to ensure smooth and timely execution of all production elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of event and exhibition production, from planning through to execution and dismantling.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal departments (design, project management, logistics) and external vendors (fabricators, AV, rigging, transport).
- Develop and maintain production schedules, timelines, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor production progress, identifying and resolving issues to avoid delays or quality concerns.
- Assist with the preparation of production documents, including floor plans, BOQs, materials list, and logistics briefs.
- Support with cost tracking, supplier quotations, and budget alignment under the direction of the Production Manager.
- Coordinate site visits and technical assessments when needed.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all stages of production.
- Oversee on-site setup and dismantling, ensuring all components are delivered, installed, and removed as per plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event production, exhibitions, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of event build processes, materials, fabrication methods, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events as required.
- Saudi driving license preferred.
