We are searching for the best talent for the Product Specialist Neuroscience role, based in Riyad, Saudi Arabia.
Purpose: The main task of a Product Specialist in Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is to represent us in front of healthcare professionals making sure our products are used based on their own merit, and according to their clinical indications, while respecting all J&J Credo obligations. PS promotes registered Innovative Medicine products within registered indications in order to increase our product access in collaboration with other functions. This takes place by detailing our product's value in order to serve more eligible patients.
You will be responsible for:
- Maximizing patient share of assigned products by understanding the patient pathway, ensuring sales are optimized, and all sales activities adhere to J&J policies, quality standards, and local laws.
- Engaging HCPs through a multichannel approach (face-to-face, email, phone calls, presentations, etc.), maintaining quality and activity levels according to CVT strategy, and providing detailed feedback after each visit.
- Achieving market share targets within your assigned territory.
- Promoting Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as a scientific and digital innovator by organizing promotional and digital scientific meetings.
- Full account mapping to understand logistical processes, product listing, contracting, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making within each account.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as Directors of Pharmacy, Procurement Managers, Tender Managers, and hospital management.
- Identifying business opportunities (short-term and long-term) in collaboration with the Market Access team, aligned with Business Unit strategies.
- Ensuring execution excellence by meeting all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) KPIs, including timely database updates, accurate reporting, proper sample handling, and continuous improvement of qualitative performance.
- Staying updated on disease areas, products, and competitors through participation in scientific quizzes, attending training sessions, and applying learnings to improve technical knowledge and ethical practices.
- Organizing activities in compliance with all policies, SOPs, and utilizing the CRM system as per guidelines.
- Maintaining strict adherence to J&J policies, local laws, and international regulations such as pharmacovigilance protocols, traffic laws, and safety standards, including reporting adverse events and quality complaints.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Education: Graduate of Pharmacy
- Digital knowledge is an advantage.
- Language: Fluency in English
- Act in accordance with Credo and J&J leadership principles.
- Stay highly aware of factors impacting territory and account performance, and communicate relevant information to management.
- Demonstrate urgency, analytical skills, and disciplined execution to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Exhibit collaborative behavior and contribute to team success.
