As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia and closed medication management.
As a Product Specialist, you will be part of MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions) business unit and be responsible for achieving the annual sales objectives & establish the success of key MDS brands by building brand awareness in target groups.
Main responsibilities will include :-
- Enhance clinical practice in target groups, achieving agreed sales, profitability and market share targets.
- Conduct product presentations to nurses and other health care professionals on the safe and effective use of products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all customers (both private and governmental institutions) within their area of responsibility.
- To actively monitor and communicate market trends and competitors’ activity.
- Customer visits and engagement and conduct regular training to the end users and concerned partners.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts (incl. key opinion leaders, Key Accounts and Key projects).
- Improve BD’s share and enhance the current practice.
- Understand the buying process/cycle and building relationships with its key members.
- Timely report activities and market intelligence.
- Align with BD policy and procedures at all times.
- Follow up on executions and sales plan along with customer mapping and management.
About You :-
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical discipline/healthcare science.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievement
- Prior experience as a product specialist in a healthcare environment.
- Strong teammate with an eagerness to learn and develop.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good presentation skills.
