The Job in a Nutshell💡
We are looking for a customer-focused Senior Product Marketing Specialist to lead go-to-market efforts, craft clear product messaging, and drive adoption through impactful campaigns. This role bridges product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, enablement, and engagement across the customer journey.
What you will do💡
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft and maintain clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with each target segment and highlights Foodics' value proposition.
- Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM): Lead GTM plans for product launches and feature rollouts, including branding, collaborating closely with the Product development team.
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer interviews to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Sales and Expansion Accounts Enablement: Develop compelling assets, pitch decks, and one-pagers to support teams in effectively communicating products.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for products, to drive awareness, acquisition, and product adoption.
- Product Adoption & Engagement: Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to drive adoption of key features through in-app comms, email, webinars, and guides.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be the connection between product, sales, and support, to ensure product knowledge and features alignment and consistency across all platforms and communication touch points.
- Manage Educational Channels: Help manage and maintain customer education platforms and resources, ensuring that product guides, help centers, and onboarding flows are always up to date and aligned with new features.
What Are We Looking For❓
- 4–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or tech industries, or something similar.
- Proven experience managing GTM strategies and product launches.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic & English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of F&B or retail tech landscapes is a big plus.
- analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights and market trends into actionable marketing strategies and positioning.
