We're looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end communication planning for promotional campaigns across all customer touchpoints. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales growth through campaign communication strategy, segmented targeting, and collaborative planning with our restaurant partners.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Communication Strategy
- Develop and manage 360° communication plans for promotional campaigns across external and owned channels.
- External: Social media, digital ads, influencers, and paid media.
- Owned: In-app banners, push notifications, CRM/email, and other on-platform placements.
- Ensure messaging is tailored for different customer segments to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, creative, and CRM teams to optimize messaging and channel mix.
Partner Collaboration & Joint Business Planning
- Develop compelling joint business plans with key partners, including:
- Joint promotion / marketing proposal to drive growth for both parties Tailored promotional and communication strategies that align with both parties' objectives.
- Present and align proposals with partners to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.
- Work cross-functionally with account management, design, and analytics to bring co-marketing initiatives to life.
Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
- Oversee execution of all communication assets and ensure timely delivery across all platforms.
- Analyze campaign results and consumer behavior to optimize future initiatives.
- Regularly report on KPIs and recommend actionable improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact promotional campaigns that drive sales.
- Strong understanding of user segmentation and how to adapt messaging accordingly.
- Experience collaborating with partners or vendors on co-branded or joint marketing plans.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
Fluent in marketing analytics and performance metrics. - Strong understanding local consumer insight in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
