Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing plans, conducting field research, and delivering impactful presentations to promote our business setup services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct fieldwork to identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and enhance market presence.
- Design and deliver persuasive PowerPoint presentations showcasing our business setup services to prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and support the conversion of prospects into long-term clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and outreach.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within business setup services or the service industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies.
- Excellent presentation skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with the ability to conduct independent field marketing activities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience operating in major metropolitan markets such as Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, or similar urban environments.
