We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Customer Service Manager to lead our marketing strategies and customer service operations in our manufacturing company based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share. - Manage and oversee all customer service activities to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales and production teams to align marketing campaigns with product availability and company goals. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing and customer service teams to achieve performance targets. - Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign effectiveness to ensure optimal ROI. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. - Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and customer service management, preferably in the manufacturing sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
