About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing team and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and support overall business goals.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing including digital campaigns, branding, advertising, and performance analytics, while coordinating with internal departments to ensure alignment and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including digital, print, events, and advertising.
- Set clear marketing objectives aligned with brand and business goals.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
- Analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Market & Audience Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Use analytics to personalize marketing strategies and enhance targeting.
- Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
- Develop creative and compelling content that reflects the company’s vision and tone.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (design, social media, performance).
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to support growth initiatives.
- Budget Management
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor ROI and campaign performance to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Innovation & Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools.
- Implement new technologies and platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4–6 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, media planning, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Arab Nationality

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
