Role and Responsibility:
- Update Sales Order in SAP upon receiving of goods - MIGO Posting, check sales order fulfillment.
- Update sales order when goods are ready for dispatch; requesting release approvals for delivery.
- Customs Clearance by 3PL - Ensure timely customs clearance is done and all documents are available at E+H
- Delivery Planning and coordination with Logistic Service provider for receiving shipments and delivery activities.
- Ensure to obtain daily /weekly reports from the 3PL provider on deliveries and stock movements.
- Escalated reporting to Supply Chain Team Lead and Logistics & Supply Chain Manager required on orders released but on HOLD.
- Attend to customer queries on delivery schedules and make sure that the appropriate feedback is given to customer.
Qualification + Profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to high-quality work and integrity.
- Good MS Office tools and operational systems understanding.
- Experience in GP, SAP, and outlook appreciated.
