Job Summary:
The candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our logistics operations by leading various tasks related to logistic control, Shipment processing, and coordination with different customers. This role requires a candidate with strong attention to detail, proficiency in using logistic management systems, excellent communication skills & Close Collaboration between warehouse staff and Freight Forwarders, which require presence in the warehouse and shop floor for performing logistics activities
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound shipments physically and ensure proper maintaining in warehouse.
- Apply shipping documents into the ready finished goods prior collection by the freight forwarder.
- Coordinate with nominated freight forwarders to arrange collection/dispatch of goods based on the agreed Incoterms
- Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
- Monitor and expedite critical shipments with freight forwarders and/or clearing agents
- Ensure timely delivery of Materials
- Align with company and KSA rules for customs clearance procedures
- Handle customs clearance approvals such as SABER, CITC and DG goods permit
- Apply for country-of-origin certificate
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco portal (ASN)
- Follow Emerson Ethical and trade compliance polices
- Ensure all agreed metrics are measured and appropriate analysis completed
- Implement actions to meet and exceed agreed key performance Indicator and reach Detailed Execution standards
- Pro-actively identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities and implement related actions
- Ensure that the Emerson business processes are consistently implemented and applied
- Optimize usage and standardization of business tools in order to increase efficiency
- Any other duties are deemed appropriate by your line manager.
- Enforce to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Eligible candidates should have a degree, college diploma or equivalent.
- Adaptable to work in remote area (SPARK)/ one hour drive from Dammam
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- The Candidate should have knowledge on Logistic function with minimum 2 years’ experience
