As a Logistics Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guide compliance operations to ensure that the Logistics department (scheduling and warehouse) and the entire site adhere to relevant Logistics, GSK, EHS, and regulatory requirements. Effectively track and address any compliance gaps promptly, ensuring that site logistics remain fit for purpose and inspection-ready. This role necessitates close communication and collaboration with all sites, as well as EHS, Quality, and regulatory stakeholders, to facilitate smooth and efficient execution of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the submission of all relevant compliance-related data.
- Oversee the department's Self Inspection Audit/Management Monitoring program for EHS, Quality, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure the timely completion of EHS, Quality, and regulatory GAP Analysis and KPI reporting.
- Adhere to all governance compliances for scheduling and warehouse, including GOLA, risks, and other requirements.
- Coordinate audit-related activities and gap analyses to ensure that all external and internal audit activities of the department comply with audit guidelines. This includes audit preparation, documentation, and schedule adherence as per regulatory and group requirements (e.g., GQP, GQMP, SFDA guidelines, and other site policies, procedures, and operating instructions).
- Govern the site's CMMS system for the warehouse, ensuring the timely closure of all PM & CM work orders with Engineering. Ensure PM plan adherence and conduct Site Annual Maintenance Plan reviews in connection with the warehouse.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to track the implementation of CAPA from audit findings, Self-Assessments, and Deviations in accordance with regulatory and Group requirements.
- Ensure all issues are promptly closed and reported to the responsible site coordinator.
- Coordinate visits and surveys as per GSK global requirements, ensuring that actions arising from these are tracked and completed.
- Ensure the timely closure of EHS, regulatory, and Quality Alerts. Manage all documentation related to Logistics as the document controller.
- Manage the department archive to ensure the index is updated, records are managed as per the site retention schedule, and accessibility is controlled according to site SOP requirements.
- Ensure that logistics-related records from project handovers are properly handled and archived.
- Fulfil all requirements of Surveys and Audits in the concerned area.
- Fulfil all requirements of Change control management for Logistics area.
Complexity
- • Continuously review and manage the SAP system, including transaction oversight and hazardous materials management.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Pharmacy, chemistry or Supply Chain Management.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Knowledgeable in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Material Safety management.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory guidelines for pharma operation.
- Experienced in Warehouse process management.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficient in English.

- Excellent building relationship ability to establish effective relationships at all levels across the organization
