Role Main Purpose:
The Local Partnership Specialist supports the Saudi Pro League’s local sponsorship sales efforts by identifying, pitching, and securing new local commercial partners. The role ensures high-quality proposals, accurate sales reporting, and smooth internal coordination across the sales process to maximize revenue and strengthen the league’s local market presence.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Prepare and customize sponsorship proposals that align with client objectives and available inventory.
- Maintain accurate sales records including outreach activities, negotiations, and contract status updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Marketing) to ensure smooth progression of deals from pitch to contract execution.
- Support contract administration, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commission documentation.
- Monitor and report on proposal timelines, follow-ups, and client feedback to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Assist in day-to-day partner communication, ensuring queries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Conduct initial background research on prospective partners, preparing briefs to support sales pitches.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards, including data entry into CRM or tracking systems.
- Support sponsorship activations and partner servicing by coordinating logistics for agreed benefits (tickets, branding, events).
- Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for management review, ensuring visibility of progress against sales targets.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, presentations, and site visits for potential and existing partners.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Volume of new qualified leads and outreach attempts generated.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio (prospects secured as signed partners).
- Timeliness, quality, and impact of sponsorship proposals submitted.
- Accuracy, consistency, and completeness of sales reporting and CRM documentation.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in commercial sales, ideally within sports, sponsorship, or media.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven ability to secure and grow sponsorship partnerships.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to evaluate markets, competitors, and client needs to inform strategy.
- Skilled in managing multiple negotiations, proposals, and documentation simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); CRM familiarity desirable.
- Fluent in English; native-level Arabic essential.
- Strong passion for sports, results-driven mindset, high integrity, and collaborative spirit.
