Role Main Purpose:
Support the effective management and servicing of commercial partnerships by ensuring contractual rights are delivered, day-to-day partner needs are met, and strong coordination is maintained across internal and external stakeholders. The role also supports contract processes, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting to maximize value for both the League and its partners.
Operational Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Support
- Act as a key contact for assigned partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Support the development of strong, long-term relationships to encourage continued collaboration.
Activation & Rights Delivery
- Manage the implementation of partners’ contractual rights across all relevant assets (branding, digital, matchday, media, etc.).
- Monitor obligations and ensure delivery timelines are met in line with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute activations effectively.
Contract & Compliance Support
- Support the administration of NDAs, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Track partner deliverables and escalate risks or issues where necessary.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and track KPIs to evaluate partnership success and ROI.
- Prepare regular partner reports and dashboards for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, activations, and communications.
Issue Management & Escalation
- Identify potential conflicts or delivery challenges and support resolution in coordination with senior staff.
- Ensure partner feedback is captured and addressed promptly.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities relevant to the League.
Key Performance Indicators:
- % of contractual rights delivered on time and in full.
- Partner satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Accuracy and timeliness of partnership reports and documentation.
- Responsiveness to partner queries and issue resolution.
- Quality of internal coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
Education & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in sponsorship, partnerships, media, or commercial sales/servicing.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of partnership management and activation delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and partner requirements simultaneously.
- Skilled in tracking KPIs and preparing accurate reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM experience preferred.
- Native Arabic, fluent English.
