The Partnerships and Resourcing Associate plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company’s network of local, regional, and international partners and suppliers. This role involves maintaining up-to-date partner databases, coordinating MOUs, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Identify New Partners: Proactively source potential partners and suppliers (local, regional, international) based on management direction and company objectives.
- Relationship Development: Schedule meetings with decision-makers (POCs), represent the company in early-stage discussions, and coordinate follow-ups until agreements are finalized.
- Coordinate Agreements: Manage the end-to-end process for partnership MOUs, including drafting, follow-ups, and finalization in coordination with internal stakeholders and legal.
- Update Systems: Ensure the internal partnership database is consistently updated with accurate information on partner organizations, contacts, agreements, and resources.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Executive, BD, Legal, and Delivery to ensure partnerships align with company needs and goals.
- Support Strategic Growth: Identify partnership opportunities that contribute to long-term resourcing strategies.
Requirements
- High level of ownership and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp business objectives and translate them into partnership leads.
- Highly organized and consistent in tracking updates, follow-ups, and information flow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Comfort using CRM tools or tracking systems (Zoho or similar platforms is a plus).
