Job Description
Role Purpose
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or MIS.
- 2-4 years of experience as a business data analyst and data analyst.
- Proven experience to collect reporting requirements.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (OBIEE, Power BI etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Ability to work closely with business units to build reporting requirement.
- Acquire & Manipulate data from AI&DM Platform to build business reporting requirements
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and “clean” complex data based on business reporting requirements
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Reporting:
- Number of new Ad-Hoc requests (received during the month).
- Number of delivered Ad-Hoc requests.
- Number of pending Ad-Hoc requests (with unit/business).
- Number of automated Ad-Hoc requests.
