Key Responsibilities:
Gain specialized knowledge and practical experience in your area of focus
Assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, logistics, filing, and record-keeping
Help prepare and distribute reports, review data for accuracy, and identify/escalate errors or discrepancies
Support entry-level technical and non-technical tasks as needed
Proactively seek out learning opportunities to expand your skills
Perform other related duties as required
Knowledge & Attributes:
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to prioritize
Customer service oriented
Commitment to delivering quality service and a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and time management abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and defects
Knowledge of tools and methodologies relevant to your area of focus
Capacity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical manner
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Cybersecurity, or equivalent related field.
Required Experience:
No work experience is required.
Never been registered in GOSI for the last 6 months
