Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee relations and performance management
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- A keen interest in developing a career in HR
