Job Summary:
The Data Analyst supports the foundational data needs of the cost control and commercial reporting teams. Working under the guidance of a Manager, this role focuses on data collection, cleaning, validation, and system alignment across Ares PRISM, SAP, and scheduling tools. The Analyst ensures accuracy in project financials and contributes to routine reporting and dashboard preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, clean, and validate data from PRISM, SAP, and P6 databases.
- Support monthly cost and commercial reporting cycles.
- Conduct reconciliations between systems and flag discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing datasets for Power BI dashboards.
- Maintain documentation for data definitions and reporting standards.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or cost reporting.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Power BI preferred.
- Understanding of basic financial/cost tracking concepts.
- Experience with PRISM, SAP, or construction-related systems is a plus.
