Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales staffing needs, role requirements, and team goals
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and performance
- Promote the company’s employer brand and enhance candidate experience
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales hiring
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales roles
- Strong understanding of sales roles (e.g., B2B, B2C, inside sales, account management, etc.)
- Excellent sourcing techniques, including use of social media and Boolean search
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Pay: ﷼17.74 - ﷼17.76 per hour
