Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets set by the management for the KSA region.
- Drive growth by increasing revenue and gross margin in line with company targets and strategies.
- Generate leads, produce quotes, and manage bidding processes for projects within the existing customer base.
- Expand the customer base by targeting new clients and fostering strategic relationships in the KSA market.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships across and beyond your area to enhance business performance and share best practices.
- Ensure strong client relationships post-sale and provide ongoing support.
- Work with consultants to specify our products, aiming to include our brand in preferred vendor lists.
- Provide technical product support to customers, evaluating their project needs and specifications.
- Identify emerging markets and shifts while being fully aware of competitor activities and new products.
- Report regularly to the management on sales activities and market developments.
- Follow up on payment collections and resolve any payment issues.
- Collaborate with various departments and colleagues to achieve the company’s overall goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry in KSA.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical background or understanding of the company’s product range is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month

- HVAC Sales in Saudi: 4 years (Required)
- Pumps Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
