Job Purpose:
To lead continuous improvement initiatives across restaurant operations by applying methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. The goal is to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve the overall customer experience in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company-wide operational excellence strategies.
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality and eliminate waste.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
- Deliver training and provide support to operational teams on continuous improvement tools.
- Manage organizational change related to operational excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure process integration and achievement of shared goals.
- Prepare regular analytical reports for senior management on improvement outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external operational standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or quality management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Minitab.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Food and beverage experience is the must
- Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- In-depth understanding of operational workflows and business processes.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments
