We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with a strong background in restaurant management and a proven track record in driving growth and expansion across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all restaurant branches, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Conduct regular visits to branches across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to monitor performance, support teams, and enforce operational and customer service standards.
- Lead the expansion strategy, including business planning, site selection, branch setup, and team training for new locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams at all levels, including hiring, training, performance development, and motivation to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each branch, working on cost control and revenue optimization to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and procurement teams to ensure operational alignment and brand success.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, covering operational, financial, and development insights.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, providing recommendations to improve offerings and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in restaurant operations management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant brand with expansion into multiple markets.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across cities in Saudi Arabia and to Bahrain.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, quality standards, customer service, and cost management.
- High analytical and decision-making abilities with strategic and operational insight.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
