As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our restaurant to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You’ll manage the team, maintain high service standards, and drive performance through guest satisfaction, team engagement, and strong financial results — all while reflecting IHG’s commitment to delivering True Hospitality.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Ensure consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where needed.
Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu quality and smooth kitchen coordination.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets through cost control and upselling strategies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Prepare schedules, manage payroll, and oversee inventory and purchasing needs.
Foster a positive team environment and support staff development.
Required Skills & QualificationsDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management, ideally in a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
Good understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and service standards.
Experience with POS and restaurant management systems.
