We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to lead the development and execution of training programs that ensure safe, efficient, and compliant ground handling operations.
You will be responsible for delivering hands-on and digital learning experiences, supporting system rollouts, and aligning with global aviation standards.
This innovative role works across teams to enhance performance, standardise procedures, and drive innovation through technological training tools such as e-learning, AR/VR, and mobile platforms.
Importantly, you will play a key part in shaping high performing ground teams, improving service quality, and ensuring readiness across the network.
You can expect to work closely with frontline teams, tech partners, and regulatory bodies to drive training innovation, support operational excellence, and champion digital transformation across our stations.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 7 years of relevant experience in an airline airport services or a ground handling environment, of which 5 years specifically in the training of airport operations, passenger, and baggage handling.
You are expected to have a deep understanding of aircraft weight, balance handling, training, DCS development, UAT, PNRGOV, APP, BRS, and Offer and Order Management Systems (OOMS).
