We are looking for a talented, motivated and passionate IT technical support officer for our ME & KSA sites with a strong technical background in IT infrastructure and softwares support to ensure the users assistance in coordination with the central IT department teams located in Paris, France.
Job Description
- Be the main contact with local providers (Telecom, hardware , softwares )
- Be the main contact with central IT (infra & support) teams
- Assistance of central IT infrastructure team to design, deploy the new infrastructures ( Network equipments, local servers )
- Coordinate with central team to test, validate and deploy new features/solutions and updates on PCs, server and network equipment
- Installation(masterization) of new Pcs following the procedure provided by central IT department
- Support & assist users on first level for their requests and incidents (account management, data transfer, computers & softwares installation ,…etc)
- Assist users on using and configuring common software (O365 suite, PDF, Windows tools,…)
- Help local management to test and assess new softwares related to their activities
- Diagnosis of hardwares issues and relationship with local provider
- Management of the stock of hardware , in particular the PCs
- Keep and update the inventory of the local asset
- Reporting of interventions and issues to central IT support responsible
Qualifications
- Minimum experience : 5 years in a similar position
- Good knowledge on network equipment (firewall, switch, Access point) wiring, management and configuration.
- Good knowledge on Windows server & workstation configurations
- Good knowledge on active directory management
- Advanced knowledge on PCs management (software installation, user assistance for using O356 tools,…)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach and users satisfaction
- Possesses good communication skills and a strong team player
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team,
- Demonstrates understanding or keen interest in latest technologies
- English : Fluent
