Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, HR data entry, and onboarding/offboarding processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle employee queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and files.
- Support onboarding of new hires and manage offboarding for exiting employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data into HR systems.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in HR reporting and coordination of HR activities.
Skills
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage employee queries efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations or administrative roles.
