Communicates with department managers regarding their needs to fill any vacancies in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Unit, participates in the selection process of suitable candidates and conducts interviews. Also participates in defining future job requirements for the sector in coordination with managers of the respective departments and various divisions within the bank.
Coordinates with different Centers of Excellence, department managers, and HR Management Units – General Administration to ensure effective delivery of HR services required for the sector.
Works continuously with department managers and the Learning & Development Division – General Administration to identify learning needs, develop programs and other learning initiatives (including coaching and mentoring) to support goal achievement.
Participates in managing the performance evaluation process (in all its stages) for the departments and ensures the review of preliminary evaluation results, including the Leveling process, in accordance with approved instructions to ensure the process is managed appropriately. Also responds to any inquiries related to the entire process.
Communicates with the Compensation and Benefits Unit – General Administration to provide support and consultation and reviews related compensation and benefits for employees in designated departments, taking necessary action as required.
Implements the approved succession planning strategy and identifies talented employees as per the approved policy in this regard, with the aim of building an appropriate plan to ensure the readiness of a second line of leadership for the relevant departments in a timely manner.
Coordinates with departments to implement employee engagement initiatives to ensure the explanation, understanding, and application of HR policies and any changes thereto to ensure compliance.
Oversees and follows up on employees’ social events and participates in them, suggests, supervises, and implements social and recreational activities for employees to create an enjoyable atmosphere. Manages the solicitation, distribution, and renewal of offers from external companies to provide benefits to bank employees, increasing their loyalty through non-monetary incentives, in coordination with the Internal Communications Unit – HR Department, General Administration.
Provides support and advice on various HR topics including disciplinary procedures, reviews statistical HR reports, and offers appropriate recommendations to support sound decision-making.
Monitors and ensures the application and implementation of HR policies in the relevant departments to guarantee compliance with applicable laws and/or regulations.
Requirements
- A university degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in HR work.
- Full proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Full knowledge of all HR systems and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and its applications.
- Good knowledge of internal and external policies and procedures governing the work and their updates.
- Proficiency in using computers and dealing with applied systems.
