Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an HR Administrator to support the HR team in Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, and day-to-day Operations. The role will involve assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and assist in screening applications.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database regularly.
- Draft and update contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Process leave applications, attendance records, and employee requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll data preparation and coordinate with the Finance team.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate training, employee engagement, and performance processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Ensure all HR activities are carried out incompliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institute.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR administration or coordination (experience in KSA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
