Role Main Purpose:
This role provides analytical, planning, and operational support to the Football Development department, ensuring effective decision-making and smooth execution of priority projects. It manages and improves departmental processes, coordinates transfer window operations, and tracks the progress, risks, and budgets of key projects. The position also serves as a bridge with external stakeholders and takes ownership of select strategic initiatives from concept to delivery.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Provide fact-based analysis to advise on strategic department decisions
- Support the planning and administration of SPL transfer windows, including PACE
- Develop, manage, and refine Football Development department workflows and processes (in coordination with SPL EPMO)
- Support CFE and department staff in scoping priority projects and developing detailed project plans
- Monitor project progress (execution; budget; risks; support needed by project team)
- Support the development of project materials and presentations
- Support liaison with external stakeholders
- Take on the execution of strategic projects on an ad-hoc basis

Education & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience in sports administration, preferably within a football league or club, preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analysis skills (e.g., desk research, semi-structured interviews, qualitative analysis and modeling)
- Outstanding discretion
- Experience in the Saudi sport sector is a plus
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) is a plus
