Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to oversee and coordinate our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects, logistics, and client requirements are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational activities, including project follow-ups and task coordination.
Oversee logistics, shipping schedules, and delivery tracking.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material availability.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and client communication.
Monitor inventory levels and support procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2,3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
