Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in events services, digital marketing, and advertising sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
- Lead market research, trend analysis, and competitive assessments to inform business strategies.
- Create and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and negotiations for high-value deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and innovative service offerings.
- Mentor and guide junior business development staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Represent BLOOOM at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in event services, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Strong expertise in sales, strategic planning, and market expansion.
- Exceptional client relationship management and networking abilities.
- Advanced skills in market research, analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead independently while thriving in collaborative settings.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market, with knowledge of local suppliers and industry dynamics, is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Background in events management, digital marketing campaigns, and advertising strategies.
