Job Title: Business Development Director – Manpower Solutions

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Director to lead our strategic growth initiatives within the Saudi Arabian manpower market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business development, manpower outsourcing, and client relationship management across key sectors such as construction, oil & gas, healthcare, facility management, and government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale manpower contracts with private and government clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing strategies for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, recruitment, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contract delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility and client engagement.
- Set and monitor revenue targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent business growth across target sectors.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing BD team, setting clear performance objectives and accountability standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the manpower/staffing industry in the GCC/KSA market.
- Strong existing network of clients within key Saudi sectors (e.g., FM, construction, oil & gas, government).
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in securing large outsourcing contracts and exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
