Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and manage a team of warehouse operatives, drivers, and loaders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet demand schedules.
- Maintain stock control systems and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
- Generate reports on productivity, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely dispatch and reduce delivery errors or delays.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
