Job Title: Warehouse Clerk ( Customer Service)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage daily shipment coordination and warehouse communication. The role involves arranging deliveries to customers, coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth and timely operations. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipment schedules with the warehouse and drivers
- Communicate delivery updates to customers
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery confirmations
- Organize container offloading efficiently
- Sort and arrange goods according to different tracking numbers
- Record and report any issues such as damaged or missing goods
- Update all relevant information in the ERP system
- Use the PDA machine to assist with data entry and tracking in coordination with ERP
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 1 years of experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing or shipping coordination
- English & Arabic languages (verbal and written) skills are mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Pay: ﷼2,250.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
