Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous, energetic, and detail-oriented Waitress to join our food & beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant and efficient dining experience for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes or daily specials, and answer any guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly escalate when necessary.
- Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process bills and handle payments (cash, credit cards, or room charges).
- Collaborate with other wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including hygiene and grooming standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Good communication skills in [English/Arabic/other preferred languages].
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (preferred).
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Training in hospitality or food and beverage service is an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Height must be at least 5'4 for female and 5'6 for male

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
