We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saudi National to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. This role involves handling company documentation, coordinating with government and private offices, and assisting with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation.
- Visit company customers, government and private offices (e.g., MISA, Chamber of Commerce, banks) for official tasks.
- Track and manage renewals of company registrations and licenses, including CR, MISA, and Chamber of Commerce.
- Support the management in obtaining necessary authorizations and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for administrative requirements.
- Handle correspondence and prepare simple reports when required.
- Assist with office errands and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality – Mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles (fresh graduates with good communication skills will also be considered).
- Good understanding of Saudi government procedures and portals (MISA, Chamber, etc.) is an advantage.
- Hands on use of of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
