Job Description:
We are seeking professional Waiters / Waitresses to join our hospitality team in boarding house restaurants in Croatia. As part of our front-of-house team, you will ensure guests receive excellent service in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and clearing the hall before the start of service
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables for guests
- Welcoming, receiving, and seating guests at their tables
- Taking food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar
- Serving food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally
- Clearing and cleaning tables after meals
- Processing payments (cash or card) as per guest request
- Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (hospitality experience preferred)
- Knowledge of English (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Degree in Hospitality/ Educational Certificate for waiter
Salary & Benefits:
- Average monthly salary: €1,450 NET
- Salary depends on experience and role
- Most of the salary is paid monthly, with the remainder paid at the end of the season (holiday pay + Christmas bonus redistribution)
- Accommodation and meals provided by employer
- Work permit and visa expenses covered by employer
