Position: Waiter / Waitress – Casual Dining

Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly and energetic Waiters/Waitresses to join our casual dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintain the relaxed yet professional atmosphere that defines casual dining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth service flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in casual dining or F&B service preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a busy environment with attention to detail.
- Professional grooming and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼1,200.00 - ﷼1,500.00 per month
