- Job Summary:
We are looking for professional, customer-focused Waiters to join our restaurant team. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent guest dining experience by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the meal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally.
- Process billing and payments accurately.
- Comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Assist in opening, closing, and cleaning duties as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant or hotel.
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours (shifts, weekends, holidays).
- High school diploma or relevant hospitality training preferred.
