About the Role:
We are currently hiring an experienced Technical Site Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record in managing construction projects from the ground up. You'll be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and monitor work progress.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications for on-site implementation.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is performed as per plan.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely project delivery.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for internal review.
- Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and project managers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry (residential/commercial/high-rise preferred).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering techniques, construction practices, and building codes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
