Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
