Key Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition Coordinator Tamheer Program at Niceone Riyadh
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of business functions, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centric experience from application through onboarding.
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates using online channels, social platforms, and employee referrals to build strong talent pipelines aligned with hiring needs.

Skills & Qualifications – Requirements for Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Tamheer, Riyadh)
- Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program as per HRDF guidelines (recent Saudi graduate, currently unemployed, and not registered in social insurance over the past 6 months).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and talent management principles is a plus.
